Riverside Artist Lofts "As an artist, do you need affordable space and want panoramic views? Are you interested in living and working right in the hub of the Arts and Culture District? The Riverside Artist Lofts, located at 17 S. Virginia St. on the Riverwalk in downtown Reno, is now accepting applications for two-bedroom units. These live/work spaces feature open floor plans and large windows that admit abundant natural light.
The Riverside Artist Lofts are low-income housing and applicants must income-qualify. A minimum of two people must occupy two-bedroom units, (according to fair housing laws), and the total household income must range between $15,624 and $27,800.
