"This collaborative exhibition of emerging artists Allison Lacher and Victoria Calabro will feature a large-scale installation specific to the Sheppard Gallery. The artists will transform the gallery space to create an environment that will express the frivolity and simultaneous treachery of the female adolescent experience. This decorative installation will highlight the artists' affinity for materials, humor, and cultural absurdities. Elements of the installation will include twirling batons, ribbon, and performers."
